What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For larger items we used a dedicated courier team who will liaise with you directly to organise a suitable delivery window.

Alternatively if you'd like to collect you item, then please select that during the checkout phase of payment.


How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

For accurate turnaround times, please contact us before placing an order if you require your item quicker than advertised. Otherwise we aim to have creations made in around 12 weeks unless stated differently. 

Bespoke Build = Bespoke Timeframe - Our lead times are guidelines and not always within our control. We are always bound by the behaviour of the timber, wood is a natural living thing and can behave in a number of different ways.  (See our terms and conditions for more information). For commercial projects we can provide a detailed breakdown of the project timeline if required.

How Can I Return A Product?

When your furniture is delivered, it is essential for you to check your order over for any potential damage or defects. We ensure that our creations do not leave the workshop with any damage or defects, but we recommend checking for yourself after delivery and fitting as this is undertaken by a 3rd party.


Products which have been delivered and fitted are considered signed-off and accepted. In the unlikely event of a return needing to be made, we require the items to be totally unused and in suitable packaging for a return to be accepted.


The timers / products leave our workshop acclimated and levelled to a flat floor. Once in their final location, they should be stored in a dry place, away from all sources of heat and moisture.

For custom made items, we regret that due to their specific dimensions and finishes, we cannot accept refunds unless agreed.


Please note that for orders that are simply undesired, Revive Joinery is not responsible for the fees involved in returning the order.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept most credit and debit cards, which can be processed with PayPal during the checkout phase. Alternatively if you'd like to pay via BACS we can provide you with a full itemised breakdown of your invoice including VAT. Please note that work does not begin on your project until the funds have cleared our account.
